As an essential business, FWC is open for business. The Health and safety of our staff and customers are our top priority.
All installations & fabrications will continue as planned for all our current and new residential and commercial projects. Some delays may occur. Installation dates are approximate dates only. Once your project is in production, you’ll be notified via email. We are closely monitoring the virus on a daily basis.
All staff members will go through a daily temperature check and follow COVID-19 protocols. Any staff members who are feeling unwell or are feeling any COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to stay home. Temperature check stations and hand sanitizer stations are available for customers and staff members in our faculty. Any customers visiting our shop will be asked to hand sanitize and use our touchless temperature check station before entering.
Once your fabrication is completed, we will schedule your installation date. We have hired additional staff members during the pandemic and will continue to hire staff as we support our community during these difficult times. Cashless payments are accepted. E-transfer, Interac, VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Tap, Cheque, Certified Cheque. Cash will still be accepted.
